Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us. Complimentary shipping applies to orders over sixty dollars.

We currently ship domestically only. International shipping will follow once domestic fulfilment is consistently where we want it.

Returns

You have thirty days from delivery to return a product, opened or unopened. Skincare that does not suit your skin is not something we want to keep your money for.

Contact us at emmanuelramos1812@outlook.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send us a photograph and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to return a damaged product at your own cost.
